BEWARE!! Take your business elsewhere even if its an insurance claim. Took my vehicle to this location to replace my windshield and received my vehicle back with my windshield wipers hitting/scratching my hood. If it were raining or started raining, I would have no ability to use my windshield wipers. I called back to have a technician travel to me to have this issue fixed. The technician came out and literally adjusted my windshield wipers up 5 inches higher than factory and said we are all fixed. I told the technician that there is no way I am leaving my windshield wipers like that just so you can have a "quick fix". I told the technician that I wanted to have my vehicle taken back in to have an OEM windshield installed as the after market windshield was causing my wipers to smack my hood causing damage to my vehicle. The technician stated that he will call the main office and let them know the situation to have them give me a call back to fix this issue. I called into the office and the office manager stated that the technician told her that the issue was fixed. I told the manager that this is not the case that my vehicle's windshield wipers had to be positioned so high to avoid them hitting the hood. The technician lied to the manager stating that the problem has been solved. The manager told me that there is nothing that they can do and I need to call my insurance company to approve an OEM windshield. So now I am left with windshield wipers adjusted so high it looks absolutely ridiculous, scratched paint under/sides of my hood and not one person at Safelite seemed to care what so ever. This place needs a huge overhaul especially when it comes to their outdated/rude management. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where they will not leave you with a defective/unsafe vehicle.
